What we collect

From funeral homes: account name, email, funeral home details, and the tribute information entered (the loved one’s name and dates).

From contributors: the photos they choose to upload, an optional name, and optional captions. Contributors never need an account and are never contacted by us.

How it’s used

Photos exist for one purpose: the tribute slideshow the family asked for. They are never sold, never used for advertising or model training, and never shown outside the tribute’s private links. Slideshow rendering happens in the browser — photos are not sent to any third-party rendering service.

Who can see a tribute

Photo-collection and player pages are private, unlisted links controlled by the funeral home, which may share them with the family. Unpublishing removes public access immediately. The funeral home can hide or delete any photo; deletion requests from families are honored directly: jess@precisionoutreach.com.

Music

Family-uploaded music is stored solely to play within that tribute; responsibility for rights to uploaded recordings rests with the uploader, as noted at upload time.

Processors & retention

We use a small number of infrastructure processors — hosting and storage — bound by confidentiality obligations. No analytics trackers or advertising pixels on tribute pages. Funeral homes can delete a tribute (and all its photos and music) at any time.
