The service

Slideshow.Memorial provides tribute slideshow building, playing, and export, free of charge, to funeral homes. “Free” means free: unlimited tributes, up to 100 photos per tribute, no per-case fees. Tributes created while the service operates will not later be moved behind a paywall.

Online hosting

A published slideshow link is hosted free for three months, and the funeral home can extend hosting, free, at any time — before or after the window ends. When a hosting window lapses the link shows a notice rather than the slideshow; nothing is deleted, and extending brings the same link back. The exported MP4 belongs to the family permanently and is the copy we recommend keeping.

Your responsibilities

Funeral homes control which photos are included and are responsible for sharing private links appropriately. Uploaded content must be lawful and respectful; we may remove content that is not. Rights to family-uploaded music rest with the uploader.

Photos and finished videos belong to the family and the funeral home serving them. See our Privacy Policy.

Service quality

We work hard to keep the service available around funeral schedules, but it is provided “as is,” without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero. We recommend exporting the MP4 before the service as a backup.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
